lyrics
Nothing makes you feel the breath
Of dying man, left on his own
Nothing mars all of these years
You've sucked his blood,
So now you have won
Cotton scarf is round his neck
Cotton coins are on his eyes
Now you can go, enjoy yourself
And let him fade away into the sky
Let him fade away into the sky
Let him fade away into the sky
Let him fade away into the sky
Now you can dance on his grave
With satisfaction in your eyes
Now you can go, enjoy yourself

I bought the album on vinyl basically just to have the EP on physical format, I'll be honest.
This is not to say the album is bad (it is absolutely amazing) but the EP blew me away and is honestly one of the best and most versatile albums I've listened to in a while and the vocals are just insanely good.
If you like ExLibris you'll love this band too, no doubt thebluemeanie

This is the first progressive metal album I've loved in quite some time. Phenomenal songwriting, instrumental virtuosity, and stellar vocal performances make this one of the most unique and strongest releases of 2020. Holdeneye
The Australian instrumental band juxtapose classical pianos and ambient swells with uncompromising, proggy post-metal. Bandcamp New & Notable Aug 9, 2023

If someone were to ask me why I love progressive rock, this album would be one of my examples. It's eclectic; it's beautiful; it's sufficiently complex; and its cover art is cool. Soul Doubt does one hell of a great job of reprising the album's themes and building atmosphere and emotion throughout the >100 minute affair. And the cherry on top of it all is that there are no middling or superfluous songs--which is impressive because double albums usually have some amount of filler.
Magnifico!
